Guidelines for Authors

The final versions of the papers not exceeding 20 pages in length (including references and figures) should be submitted to kivs@bultreebank.org as attached (zipped) Postscript files.

Please use the following specification in preparing your submission:

• Single column
• Font: Times
• Font size: 11pt
• Text width: 156mm
• Text height: 230mm
• No indentation for new paragraphs
• 1.5mm extra space new paragraphs
• Page numbers at the center bottom of each page

In LaTeX, use the following specification:
