Here I am in my office waiting for the waiter.

I am researcher at BulTreeBank project, Linguistic Modelling Laboratory, CLPP, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and Assistant Professor in Syntax at the Bulgarian Language Division, Faculty of Slavonic Languages, St. Kl. Ohridski University, Sofia, Bulgaria.

My research interests are in the area of Formal and Corpus Linguistics. In the BulTreeBank project I am working on modelling of Bulgarian Noun Phrases in HPSG and on creation of partial grammars for them. I am also working on creation of resources concerning Bulgarian acronyms and abbreviations. I did some annotation work on the morpho-syntactic level as well.

My dissertation is on semantics and functioning of indefinite pronouns in Bulgarian. Here you could find the abstract in Bulgarian (avtoreferat).
